What Is CBRE | ESI?
Redefining â??built well.â??\r\n\r\nLook around. You'll see impressive looking buildings. Many look cool and appear to be functioning, so it's fair to assume that they must be built well. But they are not. They may be built to withstand earthquakes, support new trends in workflow, to win awards in Architectural Digest or meet cost per square foot metrics. However they are not built well, at least, to run well.\r\n\r\nIf the definition of "well built" is a structure with low life cycle costs, efficient consumption of energy and the ability for the building to align and flex with the evolving needs of an organization - they aren't built well at all. In fact, you could argue that none of these criteria even make the planning phase.\r\n\r\nThat's what we do. CBRE | ESI's purpose is to ensure that buildings run well. We make buildings run well so they do not interfere with an organization's purpose, but enhance it. We help companies take control of their infrastructure, connect disparate systems, reduce energy consumption, increase occupant comfort and safety by aligning people, process and technology.\r\n\r\nWe do this, because when buildings run better, businesses work better. We also do this, because it's right. Buildings that run poorly needlessly waste resources. While we want these buildings to serve you better today, it should not come at the expense of the next generation. That's a foundation you can build on.\r\n\r\nThis is not just what we do, itâ??s what we believe; and we believe in leading by example. Come\r\nto our building and weâ??ll show you.
